Not Receiving Purchase

hey, i’ve purchased a 10 USD steam gift card, and it’s not showing up in my reward vault nor my emails. i’ve waited well over 5 hours, and nothing has changed. i would either like to request my $13.16 in salad currency back, or a 10 USD steam gift card. unless i should wait more, i would appreciate assistance. thank you
