Unable to connect


After 2 weeks of not using salad I decided to use it again but I can’t connect.
When I enter my email address to receive the code to connect to my account it says “unknown error” and I don’t receive any mail.

Could someone please help ?

It’d be best to see what’s happening in the browser, but this will contain personal details (e.g. your email address). I’ve opened up a support ticket for you, and we can continue the conversation there.

For others that may run into an issue like this (which is hopefully very unlikely), here are the steps I recommend: Open your web browser’s Dev Tools, navigate to the Network tab, and then submit your email on the login form. This will capture the request on the Network tab. Finally, I’d share the request details with Salad’s technical support team.
